Before you Begin
Check that your computer is running OS X 10.4 or newer by going to the Apple menu and selecting "About this Mac." Sophos Anti-Virus will not work on any Mac OS version older than OS X 10.4. If you have not upgraded to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
Download the Sophos 7 Disk image above. Sophos will be installed or it will be upgraded automatically to Sophos version 7. If you have already upgraded to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
You must uninstall any version of Sophos older than version 7, then reinstall Sophos Version 7.0.5 or higher using the Sophos 7 Disk Image. Sophos AntiVirus product removal instructions Before installing Sophos Anti-Virus, you will need to uninstall all other antivirus software from your Mac. Please see your antivirus software vendor's website for instructions on how to uninstall their product.
